Step behind the scenes of one of Australia’s busiest and most recognisable premium brands. This is a rare opportunity for an organised and motivated Back of House Stock Supervisor to take charge of stock operations and keep a flagship store running seamlessly.

About the Role : Based at Birkenhead Point, you’ll be responsible for overseeing all back-of-house operations — from receiving and processing deliveries to managing stock levels, replenishment, and organisation. You’ll work closely with the store leadership team to ensure everything runs like clockwork, supporting the sales floor to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily stockroom operations including receiving, unpacking, and processing new inventory
• Maintain accurate stock levels through regular cycle counts and inventory checks
• Lead replenishment activities to ensure the sales floor is always well presented and fully stocked
• Support visual merchandising by preparing stock for floor changes and product launches
• Coach and support the back-of-house team to maintain brand standards and operational efficiency
• Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety standards
