The Workforce Coordinator provides consistent, efficient, accurate and timely scheduling of direct care services to all Benetas clients and the regional teams through the effective management of the direct care workforce.A typical day will have youEfficient and accurate rostering of staff within their available hours and regionsCoordinate scheduling of direct care services to clients with staff rostersForward thinking and planning to maintain and prioritise appropriate direct care for clientsApprove and submit time sheets of support workersApproval of travel milage claimed by staff, (completed through rostering system)Assist with on-boarding of support workersOrganise scheduled time for new staff system training and buddy shiftsEnsure staff are supported in their roleWe're looking for someone withAttention to detail is a must when providing consistent, efficient and accurate schedulingExperience in rostering / SchedulingHigh level of computer literacy, preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with experience liaising with people from diverse backgrounds and positionsAbility to prioritise, problem solve and use initiativeAbility to manage a remote workforce, experience preferredRelevant experience in a similar role (scheduling in an aged care setting or community health setting) would be an advantageWhy work with us?Permanent, full-timeNot-for-profit salary packaging for $15,900 per year for general bills and expenses, plus an additional $2,500 for meals and entertainment - offering you more take home pay with less tax!A proven history of internal career progression and opportunities for you to move within Benetas so your story with us continuesPaid training hours to build your skillsInterested in applyingWhat do we do?
