What You’ll Do

• Lead and execute M&A, capital raising, and strategic advisory mandates across a range of sectors.
• Build and review complex financial models, valuations, and transaction materials to support live deals and client pitches.
• Manage key execution workstreams, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and seamless coordination across clients, investors, and external advisors.
• Mentor, guide, and review the work of analysts – developing their technical skills, attention to detail, and understanding of transaction processes.
• Contribute to origination through research, market analysis, and preparation of client pitch materials and strategic insights.
• Maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, investors, and counterparties, acting as a trusted point of contact during deal execution.
• Support senior bankers with client presentations, negotiations, and broader business development initiatives.
