Job description7-10 Years relevant experience 3-5 years of sound DevOps experience Experience of working with distributed teams Desire to learn and mentor business, as additional responsibility Good-to-Have experience in Oil & Gas or related field Multiple CI / CD, automation tool experience Drive an integrated demand funnel from multiple business groups to drive a single DevOps delivery Actively engage with business users and product owners to maintain a healthy pipeline Continuously improve the maturity index of the DevOps program by adopting available digital tools as well as adopting automations Drive outcome with distributed teams Engage with leadership to identify and develop opportunities
Required Technical Skill Set
- DevOps knowledge and experience at expert level
- Experience executing projects on Azure DevOps platform
- Interfacing and negotiation skills while working with distinguished stakeholders across IT and business
- Enterprising to steer multiple DevOps demand funnel
