Join our Insurance Technology team to support and enhance DevOps capabilities across mission-critical programs. You'll contribute to automation, infrastructure, and continuous delivery practices that drive business agility and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams to build and maintain automation tools and infrastructure that improve delivery speed and reliability.
- Support Agile development teams by embedding DevOps principles throughout the software lifecycle.
- Maintain and evolve CI / CD pipelines, troubleshoot deployment issues, and refine branching strategies.
- Contribute to platform monitoring improvements and automation initiatives that reduce manual processes.
- Create and maintain documentation including SOPs, test plans, and development assets.
- Track work via Jira and actively participate in Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement efforts.
What you'll bring
- 3+ years’ experience in scripting (Python, Shell, JavaScript) and infrastructure automation using Terraform and Ansible.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services including EC2, S3, VPCs, EKS (Kubernetes), and OpenShift (ROSA).
- Strong understanding of CI / CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI / CD, or Bamboo.
- Familiarity with monitoring and security tools like Dynatrace, Splunk, Snyk, and Fortify.
- Experience integrating REST APIs and managing cloud infrastructure performance and scaling.
- Working knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps is highly desirable.
