About the Role

As a Trade Scheduler you will be responsible for the efficient coordination and scheduling of trades for residential housing projects by ensuring that builder call-ups and reschedules are processed promptly, subcontracted and employed trades are allocated effectively, and works are completed within expected timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key liaison between builders and subcontractors, ensuring smooth communication and timely completion of works
• Allocate subcontracted and employed trades to various stages of works in residential housing projects
• Manage scheduling conflicts and troubleshoot issues related to trade attendance, job pack discrepancies, or builder concerns
• Communicate between builders, trades and various subcontractors
• Monitor and report on trade attendance and maintain accurate records of schedules, reschedules, and trade allocations in the company’s systems
• Generate and provide regular reports on project progress, trade performance, and scheduling efficiency to management
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities and provide feedback to management
