Job Description
Provide legal advice on planning and environmental matters, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and statutory notices.Represent the organisation in negotiations, mediations, and hearings related to planning and environmental issues.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to manage legal risks effectively.Conduct legal research to support the organisation\'s operations and decision-making processes.Advise on land use, environmental policies, and planning schemes.Assist in the resolution of disputes and provide support for litigation matters.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legislative changes impacting the industrial and manufacturing sector.The Successful Applicant
A successful Planning & Environment Lawyer should have :
Qualifications in Law and admission to practice in Australia.Proven expertise in planning and environmental law.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Attention to detail and a proactive approach to managing legal matters.What\'s on Offer
