About The Role

Reporting to the Director of Facilities, the Leasing Manager will oversee the negotiation, recommendation, and completion of leasing contracts across Ramsay’s national network of hospitals. You’ll play a key role in ensuring all leases – existing and new – are executed with due consideration of cost, risk, business continuity, and alignment with Ramsay’s strategic priorities. You’ll also lead the implementation of a new lease management system, bringing expert advice, commercial insight, and strong governance to optimise outcomes for the organisation.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and manage lease negotiations, reviews, and renewals to achieve optimal commercial outcomes.
• Provide expert leasing advice across the organisation, ensuring alignment with strategic and financial objectives.
• Establish and manage Ramsay’s new lease management system and processes.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including hospital leadership, finance, and legal teams.
• Partner with external property professionals and agencies to deliver high-quality leasing outcomes.
• Monitor market trends and proactively manage key lease events and opportunities.
