Site Manager – Forefront Recruitment

Lead the delivery of a $16 million warehouse development project south of Dromana. Builder specialises in commercial and industrial projects across Melbourne. You will manage all site activities from start to finish, ensuring quality, safety, and schedule compliance.

Pay Range

Base pay : $160,000 – $180,000 per year (includes super). Actual pay will be based on skills and experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations, coordinating with contractors, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Maintain project schedule, budget and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Provide regular site progress reports and update project reviews at the end of each project cycle.
• Lead a high‑performance team and foster a collaborative, transparent culture.
