Senior Recruitment Consultant | Account Director

Autonomy, Mentoring & Quality Matters

Pathway to Senior Associate
2+ years PAE in commercial litigation (up to Senior Associate considered)

Mix of complex disputes (contracts, insolvency, debt recovery, urgent relief)
Direct client exposure from day one; own files with counsel support

Key Responsibilities

Draft pleadings, affidavits, correspondence and briefing notes

Prepare and run interlocutory applications, discovery and evidence

Brief and liaise with counsel; engage experts / specialists as required

Advise SME and private clients; manage expectations and strategy

Appear in court (as appropriate to experience) and drive matters to resolution

Key Skills

2+ years PAE in commercial litigation (up to Senior Associate considered)

Strong drafting, file management and court‑procedure knowledge

Confidence with clients; sound commercial judgement

Ability to run matters with appropriate supervision; team‑first mindset

Current Australian practising certificate
