Maas Group is seeking a motivated and organised Repair Support Officer to join our team. In this role, you’ll coordinate make safes and repairs under $20K, ensuring each job runs smoothly from start to finish. You’ll communicate regularly with insurance companies, clients, and trades, keeping everyone informed and the process efficient.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate make safes and minor repairs with a proactive and collaborative approach.
- Communicate with insurance companies, clients, and trades throughout the process.
- Update internal and external systems weekly to track progress.
- Monitor hire equipment on site and support the Repair Supervisor and Coordinator as needed.
