Network Engineer

We’re looking for a talented Cisco Meraki Network Engineer to join our Brisbane network team. In this role, you’ll design, implement, and support our multi-site enterprise network, powered by Cisco Meraki. You’ll drive projects and provide operational support to ensure a secure, scalable, and reliable network. • Network Engineering & Projects
• Produce accurate network diagrams, change records, and technical knowledge articles.Contribute to process improvements and automation of routine tasks Our ideal candidate is an experienced Cisco Meraki Network Engineer who thrives on solving complex problems and delivering robust, scalable solutions. They are confident in assisting and leading network upgrades and initiatives, they adapt quickly to the demands of a dynamic, multi-site environment. With strong project management and organisational skills, they balance technical execution with collaboration, clear communication, and constructive feedback.
• Skills and experience :
• Proven experience in enterprise network engineering (minimum 5+ years), with at least 2 years in MSP or multi-site enterprise environments.Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with onsite support and remote teams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for remote coordination and documentation. Strong project management and organizational skills, capable of handling multiple concurrent projects. Familiarity with security best practices in network design and configuration Experience with IT documentation tools (Confluence) Familiarity with Jira or comparable ticketing platforms Experience using monitoring platforms like PRTG or Zabbix
