Great opportunity for an experienced Senior Managed Network Services (MNS) Consultant L3 to join our team in Sydney.

The role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Managed Network Services (MNS) Consultant L3 to join our friendly and high-performing team in our Sydney Barangaroo office. In this role, you will be responsible for proactively managing our client’s IT environments and your core function is to solve advanced and complex issues faced by our clients to ensure the root cause of issues is addressed. This role requires technical support to Brennan Managed Network clients and staff, with the ability to work in a timely manner and strong communication skills as necessary for success.

Key responsibilities

• Provide in-depth technical analysis to key customers and clients.
• Demonstrate full knowledge of Brennan IT systems, core network, and complex customers.
• Serve as an escalation point for all technologies related to managed network services clients.
• Be the primary engineer for specified tier 1 and 2 clients, providing strategic and deep technical advice for all network queries.
• Act as the final escalation point and assist with the most complex networking issues.
• Ensure the achievement of contracted levels of performance through proactive monitoring, event management, and escalation management of performance-related incidents.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client and internal inquiries, attending monthly customer meetings alongside the SDM, AM, and Managed Services personnel.
• Provide guidance and support to junior engineers, assisting in their development through coaching and mentoring.
• Be responsible for case ownership and resolve tasks in a timely manner, adhering to Brennan standards, SLAs and client expectations.
