Learning & Development Coordinator – Easygo
Join Easygo’s Learning & Development team as a full‑time, on‑site coordinator in Melbourne CBD.
What You Will Do
- Organise and schedule training sessions (primarily in‑person workshops, occasionally virtual).
- Support the evaluation of training programmes and make data‑driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Maintain an up‑to‑date training calendar.
- Book training rooms and ensure all required equipment and materials are prepared.
- Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to confirm training logistics.
- Maintain and update the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring all content is accurate and current.
- Upload new learning materials and troubleshoot LMS‑related issues.
- Manage user accounts, assign course licences, and send training invitations via the LMS.
- Generate training reports to track participation, engagement, and course completions.
- Assist with creating and editing learning materials as needed.
- Monitor compliance training schedules and check for content updates.
- Create and assign course assessments and feedback surveys.
- Keep the team’s content log accurate and up to date.
- Assist with file and document management.
- Contribute to the creation and distribution of the monthly learning newsletter.
- Support facilitators during training sessions, including managing breakout rooms and group activities.
What You Will Bring
Previous experience in a similar role in Learning & Development.Strong organisational and multitasking skills.Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) e.g. Learn Amp or similar.Familiarity with e‑learning tools and software (Slack Block Kit Builder, Articulate 360, Canva).Excellent attention to detail skills.Proven experience with reporting and data including proficiency in Excel (V Lookups, Pivot tables).Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Strong problem‑solving skills.A proactive attitude and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.Bonus Points If You Also Have
Sport, Gambling & Cryptocurrency knowledge advantageous.Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs), Slack, Jira.Perks & Benefits
