Our client, a globally recognized brand, is seeking an experienced and driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead the evolution of their digital ecosystem - with a strong focus on social media, email, and app engagement.

This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and creative leader to transform how the brand connects with customers and builds loyalty across Australia. Working collaboratively with both local and international teams, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the brand's digital presence in the Australian market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to elevate performance across social, email, and app channels.
• Lead engaging content strategies that reflect brand purpose and drive meaningful customer connections.
• Build a scalable social media framework, with emphasis on Instagram and TikTok .
• Drive localization efforts to strengthen brand identity and storytelling.
• Oversee the briefing and execution of email and app campaigns .
• Identify opportunities to grow awareness, engagement, and loyalty across owned platforms.
• Partner with senior stakeholders across Marketing, PR, eCommerce, Retail, and Merchandising.
• Collaborate with global teams to share insights and foster innovation.
• Lead and mentor a small, dynamic team (1-2 direct reports).
