About the Role
As CoSafe Team Leader, you’ll oversee and support adedicated team of patrol officers to deliver a responsive andprofessional community safety service across the City of Cockburn.This hands‑on role involves supervising daily operations,coordinating patrol tasks, responding to incidents, and ensuringhigh standards of customer service. You’ll also liaise withWA Police, emergency services and community members, whilecontributing to the effective use of CCTV and other safetytechnologies.
This position offers variety, responsibility, and theopportunity to make a visible difference in communitysafety.
About you
You are an experienced leader with a background in communitysafety, policing, security, or a related field. With strongsupervisory and organisational skills, you’re confident inguiding a team, making decisions under pressure, and managingoperational priorities.

Salary
Starting from Level 5 Step 1 –Step 4 ($93,945.24 - $99,660.24) City of Cockburn IndustrialAgreement 2025 based on qualification and experience.
In addition to a competitive base salary, this role attracts shift penalty rates and five weeks ofannual leave , providing an excellent work–lifebalance and recognition for your contribution to a 24 / 7 operationalenvironment.
