The Opportunity

Join our dynamic Business Partnering team, where you will collaborate in a portfolio-based approach to deliver comprehensive HR services and advice, both operationally and strategically. In this role, you will partner with senior stakeholders, offering expert advice and tailored client solutions, driving the implementation of people strategies and initiatives, and championing Monash University's goals and values. As a strategic leader, you will lead change initiatives and policy reviews, ensuring successful delivery and uptake in your client portfolios.
