HR Business Partner

Converge International is a leader in providing workplace health and wellbeing and people risk management solutions. We assist some of Australia’s largest industry, government and corporate clients in supporting their people in building healthy workplaces and resolving their people issues.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual with 2 years of HR advisory experience to join our People Culture and Learning team. Reporting to the Senior People Partner, you will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have a friendly can-do approach and be able to multi-task and prioritise competing demands.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide advice to managers and staff on the interpretation of legislation, Award and policies.
• Support people managers with employment relations matters, e.g., performance management, work health and safety, workplace behaviour and disputes.
• Provide advice on internal HR process and procedures.
• Deliver strategic HR initiatives such as engagement surveys, delivery of leadership programs and staff professional development.
• Cyclical HR operational activities such as HR project support, onboarding and exit interviews, and responding to HR queries.
• Prepare regular HR reporting to drive data-driven decision making.
