THE OPPORTUNITY Ready to take the next step in your career? We're looking for a motivated and experienced Production Team Member with a strong work ethicto join our BundabergOperations team.

This is a full-time, permanent Afternoon Shift role, working Monday to Friday, 12PM TO 8PM. RESPONSIBILITIES Manufacturing and assembling of goods to the customers' requirementsOperating metal folding, roll form and pressing machinesInterpret product drawingsGeneral housekeeping activitiesParticipate in relevant training in the use of specific items of plant and equipmentStrict adherence to our critical safety rules & contributing to a safe working environmentABOUT YOU Experience using sheet metal manufacturing equipment, particularly roll form machines and metal bending machinery (folders, press & breaks) would be preferred, but not essentialStrong work ethic and a can-do attitudeAble to work at pace within a team or at times individuallyA commitment to producing quality productsREWARDS & BENEFITS Health & Wellbeing Support | Traineeship & Development Pathways | Career Development Opportunities | Support for Families | Recognition & Referral Programs | Team Member Discounts | EAP / Confidential Support Services
