As Executive Director, Industry Partnership & Stewardship , you’ll be the driving force behind AUSMASA’s engagement strategy—partnering with employers, unions, government, and community leaders to co-design the future of workforce development.
Reporting to the CEO and leading a small, high-impact team, you’ll embed a stewardship model of engagement that goes beyond consultation to meaningful co-creation and long-term collaboration. You’ll oversee strategic communications, sectoral leadership programs, stakeholder experiences, and membership services—making AUSMASA a go-to voice and connector within the national skills ecosystem.
This is a unique opportunity to combine influence, purpose, and industry knowledge in a leadership role that delivers tangible change.

About You
You are a seasoned leader with a deep understanding of the mining, automotive or allied sectors —and you're equally comfortable in the boardroom, on the factory floor, or briefing a Minister.
