About The Role
Imagine helping someone win their dream home while supporting a cause that changes lives. As a Lotteries Sales and Service Consultant , you’ll be the voice behind our million-dollar prize home campaigns, inspiring supporters to take part in the cause for disability advocacy.
Based in our vibrant Support Office in Cannon Hill, you’ll join a high-performing, KPI-driven team that thrives on connection, purpose, and results. You’ll engage with warm leads, build relationships, and drive sales—all while sharing the heart of our mission.
You will work 5 days onsite in the support office, reporting to the sales manager. This driven sales team is motivated by KPIs with incentives and commissions for sales met. Day-to-day duties include working in a warm desk environment selling lottery tickets to prize homes and other campaigns, upselling to new membership programs, call centre inbound phone calling, processing mail orders, updating customer details, and ensuring privacy and compliance. The ideal applicant will have call centre sales experience with self‑motivation and outstanding customer service skills for upselling.
