The Role

We’re looking for a hands‑on, service‑driven Assistant Manager to join our team and work closely with Chef Vincenzo and the management team. This role is ideal for someone who leads by example on the floor—warm with guests, calm under pressure, and passionate about creating memorable dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver premium front‑of‑house service with genuine care and professionalism
• Assist in daily operations including service flow, reservations, and team coordination
• Support and motivate FOH staff to uphold Cucinetta’s service standards
• Manage guest relations and ensure every customer feels valued and welcomed
• Oversee opening and closing procedures, floor setup, and cash handling
• Liaise with the kitchen to ensure smooth and timely service
• Uphold cleanliness, presentation, and ambience at all times
• Step in confidently when the Manager or Owner is away—maintaining consistency and control
