About the Agency

Our client, a leading agency specialising in residential and commercial real estate holds one of the best reputations in their area, housing a large team of well-retained staff, they are seeking their newest team member to support the Director and General Manager, and oversee the smooth operation of the business.

About the Role

Scheduling of, preparation and taking minutes / action lists for team and management meetings

Management of event schedules

Liaison with service providers such as cleaning, maintenance, marketing, etc.

Involvement with the operation of social media accounts

Maintaining adequate stocks of office supplies

Co-ordinating various business rosters and schedules

Organisation of events and functions as required

Administrative support to management as required

Accounts payable and receivable

Payroll preparation

Management of sales department marketing budgets

New team member inductions

Management of reception staff and service levels

Skills & Experience

Reliable and punctual

Clear, concise communication both verbally and written

Self-motivated

Strong attention to detail

Strong computer skills, including MS Office
