As a Corporate Affairs Advisor, you'll make a positive impact by :

• Developing and implementing PR strategies to enhance Serco's brand.
• Building and nurturing relationships with journalists and media outlets.
• Creating engaging content for social media, press releases, and other communications.
• Managing Serco's digital communication platforms, including social media and corporate website.
• Tracking and reporting on media coverage to inform and guide strategy.

To be successful in this role, you'll have :

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in pitching ideas.
• Proven experience in public relations or corporate affairs (around 5 years desirable).
• Experience building and managing media relationships effectively.
• Familiarity with government or public service sectors highly regarded.
• A self-starter mindset with an eye for identifying positive story opportunities.
