Customer Service Representative

Toy Park is a vibrant and fast growing online toy store dedicated to bringing joy to children and families in Australia. We curate a wide range of open-ended toys, Montessori furniture and educational products, striving to provide exceptional service and unforgettable experiences for our customers.

We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding support to our online customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. You'll play a vital role in building and maintaining positive relationships with our customers while representing our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.

• What You'll Do
• Handle product-related queries, order queries, warranty claims, complaints and returns.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and concerns with empathy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address complex customer issues and escalate when necessary.
• Provide prompt, professional, and friendly support that leaves customers smiling.
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives.
• You'll Need
• Strong written and verbal English skills.
• A warm, calm, and professional communication style.
• Previous customer service experience (e-commerce a bonus).
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency

• Familiarity with tools like Shopify, Amazon, Zendesk, Gorgias or similar

Pay : $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
