About this opportunity :
Join our creative team at Ericsson in the role of Service Delivery Coordinator! The coordinator will undertake a range of tasks working closely with the Service Delivery Lead to support all client services across traditional audio description, file, live and automated captioning requirements both on-the-day and into the future. The coordinator will liaise with clients, production companies and external suppliers to source materials. When required, importing future TV schedules into internal workflow tools and will check work lists to ensure accuracy. The coordinator will also check amendments and update systems with new information in advance of TX, checking that resources are assigned to meet delivery deadlines.
