Key Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for inbound customer inquiries, delivering solutions-focused support.
• Schedule and coordinate service and installation appointments to meet key stakeholder needs.
• Provide tailored product advice and prepare accurate quotes that build trust and confidence.
• Manage job requests, process sales orders, and maintain accurate data entry across systems.
• Build lasting customer relationships through professionalism, empathy, and technical knowledge.
