You’ll work across two large Aveo retirement communities, building relationships with prospective residents, developing your skills, and growing your career with a trusted industry leader. Your Impact :

• Working cohesively with the Sales Manager to support the sales process from enquiry to settlement, including administration, forms, and welcome kits.
• Creating a warm, professional and inviting experience for prospective residents by assisting with tours, calls, and community engagement events
• Keeping display villas & units, signage, and the sales office presentation-ready at all times
• Managing CRM updates, marketing updates, listings, brochures and sales files to ensure accurate and timely information
• Assisting with events and Open Home activities to support lead generation and build local engagement
• Liaising with exiting residents, vendors and stakeholders to keep communication clear, consistent, and professional
• Ensuring every step of the move-in experience is smooth, supportive, and stress-free for our residents
