Key Requirements
Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in the food service or hospitality industryFamiliarity with food safety practices and procedures is an advantagePositive and collaborative attitude with strong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environmentAttention to detail and commitment to maintaining high‑quality standardsEnthusiasm for food, customer service, and Zambrero’s missionReliable, punctual, and willing to take initiativeAvailability to work full‑time on a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysFood Safety Certificate (or willingness to obtain)First Aid Certificate (desirable)Key Responsibilities
