Job descriptionCarry out catering control procedures (portion control, stock control, food storage) Develop menus and meal plans to meet dietary and cultural requirements A dynamic role that requires the ability to work across a variety of venues with indoor and outdoor events Fast paced and customer interactive Experience in a fast food environment and / or function and events A love of fresh and quality food Minimum Cert III in Commercial Cookery Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive outlook and professional manner Food Safety Supervisors training A good understanding of operating a catering operation within strict budgetary constraints Driver’s licence preferred Available to work a range of hours including weekends, public holidays and some evenings Multiple superannuation packaging options to make your dollar go further Access to 100+ retail discounts Opportunity to learn new skills and progress your career within Compass Group Great job security Access to a wide variety of training & development Access to great mentorship to help grow your career
