About the role
We’re on the lookout for a creative and strategic communicator to join us in early 2026 to lead our talented Communications and Marketing team.
This is a hands‑on leadership role where no two days look the same — one moment you’ll be guiding brand strategy and mentoring a small, high‑performing team; the next you’ll be crafting compelling content, managing media relationships, or jumping into campaign delivery.
You’ll also provide oversight and inspiration across fundraising and partnerships, helping tell Geelong Regional Libraries story in ways that spark generosity, investment and community pride.
