Marketing Manager (B2B SaaS | Remote-First)

Our enterprise platform is trusted by hundreds of thousands of professionals worldwide to complete millions of audits and inspections every year—helping organizations improve safety, quality, and compliance.

We're on an exciting growth trajectory and are looking for a strategic, creative, and data-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts, drive global brand presence, and generate demand in key markets. This is a high-visibility role working directly with our CEO, offering the opportunity to make a major impact and grow into senior leadership as we scale.

What You'll Do

You'll take ownership of all aspects of Certainty's marketing strategy, execution, and measurement. Key areas include :

Demand Generation & Growth

• Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns (inbound, outbound, PPC, email, social) to generate qualified leads.
• Optimize our marketing automation (HubSpot) to maximize conversion and ROI.
• Create and refine nurturing programs to move prospects through the funnel.
• Run A / B tests and experiments to continually improve campaign performance.
