- Lead digital marketing efforts for our clients, including strategy, execution, and optimization of multi-channel campaigns.

- Be accountable for gathering, interpreting, and reporting performance insights using industry-standard tools to guide optimization and inform broader marketing strategy.
Core Responsibilities
Your core responsibilities will include, but not be limited to :
Develop, implement, and optimize multi-channel digital advertising campaigns across search, display, video, social, and programmatic platforms.Lead the day-to-day management, measurement, and budget optimization of campaigns to achieve or exceed defined KPIs.Collaborate with agency colleagues to align campaign strategy, creative direction, and client goals.Gather, analyze, and interpret web analytics and performance data to inform optimization strategies and site enhancements.Create and present regular reports and insights on campaign performance to clients and senior leadership.Leverage insights from paid campaigns to guide SEO tactics, content development, and website updates, ensuring strategic alignment and consistent performance across all digital channels.Proactively identify opportunities and make strategic recommendations to enhance campaign results.Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, best practices, and integrate relevant innovations into campaigns.Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following :
University degree or college diploma in marketing, digital advertising or related discipline and / or;Minimum four years of professional experience in an active digital marketing role, with core responsibilities including campaign strategy, optimization, analytics, and reporting;Proven experience in developing, managing and optimizing campaigns across search, display & video platforms, bringing a strong understanding of audience targeting, keyword strategy, and budget management;Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment;Proficiency with technical measurement / reporting tools, and the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable recommendations;Experience mentoring or managing digital marketing professionals, fostering collaboration, and building a culture of accountability and continuous improvement;Demonstrated ability to communicate complex marketing performance clearly through reports, presentations, and discussions with both clients and internal teams;Strong understanding of conversion tracking and how to align creative and content strategy with measurable campaign goals.Have Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, DV360, or other programmatic platform certifications;Possess agency experience leading digital strategy across multiple client portfolios;Demonstrated leadership skills in mentoring team members or managing cross-functional projects;Are comfortable creating custom measurement frameworks and advanced reporting dashboards;Can teach us something new about digital marketing.This role is based at our Victoria, BC office and involves in-person collaboration with our team. It is not suitable for remote work.
This is a full-time position with core hours from 8 : 30 AM to 5 : 00 PM PST, Monday to Friday. Flexible hours are available to accommodate personal responsibilities. Occasionally, work outside of regular hours may be necessary to meet campaign requirements.
On any given day, you’ll work closely with a team of collaborative, high-performing marketers. You’ll take a hands-on approach to lead the organization’s efforts in building and optimizing digital advertising campaigns, analyzing performance data, and recommending improvements that help our clients succeed.
