As a WHSE Specialist, you’ll be joining the team that enables core business operations by embedding health, safety, and environmental standards across all pillars and all project phases. The team provides expertise in risk mitigation, compliance, technical specification, and management of high‑risk activities. Akaysha’s view on safety is : every day, and in every way.
This role supports all project phases up to Operations, with a focus on refining processes to better enable Akaysha’s teams and deliver accurate HSE metrics. You’ll enhance the Contractor Management Framework by integrating the Assurance Program and establish a monthly assurance reporting cadence across all projects.
To effectively guide each stage of the project, you’ll collaborate with internal pillars including Development and Delivery, Engineering and Legal, Risk and Compliance, alongside building external partnerships with Principal Contractors and OEMs.
