Employer Support Consultant

You may be required to work a roster between the hours of 8am - 7 : 30pm Monday to Friday. Need unique hours? We might be able to accommodate so please ask!

• About You

To be successful in these roles you will be able to :

• Demonstrate experience in administration or customer service, with Employment Services Industry experience desirable;
• Demonstrate outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to engage on the telephone with diverse customers who require support with sensitive and emotional matters;
• Demonstrate excellent administration skills, attention to detail and computer literacy;
• Demonstrate strong written communication skills;
• Proven ability to multi-task, you will be required to work across various IT systems whilst maintaining telephone contact;
• Demonstrate experience in understanding complex administrative procedures and ensure clear communication of these requirements is undertaken for a diverse range of customers;
• Demonstrate experience working to targets and KPIs;
• Demonstrate your ability to learn new systems quickly; and
• Demonstrate ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

You will also be required to :

• Hold a minimum Certificate IV in Employment Services, Career Development or willing to obtain;
• Have experience in an inbound or outbound contact centre environment or Employment Services.

A competitive salary will be negotiated commensurate with skills and experience. As Workskil Australia is a public benevolent institution, we can also offer a portion of the salary through tax effective salary packaging.
