Head of FP&A - High-Growth, Private Equity Backed

Allura Partners are delighted to be supporting a high-growth multi-site business, backed by a leading Private Equity firm in their search for a Head of FP&A. This position will report directly to the CFO and will act as the key commercial / FP&A person in the finance function.

Multi-Site experience / background will be crucial for this position.

The role :

• Build and maintain robust forecast and monthly reporting models for the business
• Seek improvements in the FP&A process on how to create efficiencies or uplift deliverables
• Long-term strategic planning – assisting the development of 5 year strategic plans
• Own the budgeting and forecasting process
• Compare actual results to budgets and forecasts, identifying key drivers of variances
• Assist with the preparation of board papers and executive reports
• Creating and maintaining financial models
• Assist with the creation of KPI dashboards
• Assist with the integration of new acquisitions
• Support strategic initiatives by delivering commercial input and value-creation analysis

Requirements :

• CA, ACA or CPA qualified
• Demonstrated experience in complex financial modelling and valuation
• Ability to create financial models from scratch
• Effective communicator with strong presentation skills
• Must have an FP&A background
• Multi-Site experience
• Power BI would be advantageous
• Private Equity experience
