The Financial and Corporate Services Division plays a vital role in driving financial performance, compliance and reporting, corporate services, and data-informed decision-making across the public health system. With oversight of budgeting, expenditure, and financial reporting, the team works closely with health leaders and government to strengthen system performance and deliver real outcomes for the community.

This position sits within the Office of the Deputy Secretary and Chief Financial Officer, a team that leads and supports a variety of programs and projects across the Financial and Corporate Services Division. You’ll be part of a fast‑paced, collaborative environment, working closely with internal stakeholders across the division and the broader Ministry of Health.
The Project Support Officer undertakes a range of functions and projects to support the Office of the Deputy Secretary and Chief Financial Officer, including project, operational, and administrative activities to deliver priorities and project plans for the Financial and Corporate Services Division in the NSW Ministry of Health.
Crown Clerk 3 / 4, starting salary from $84,659 - $92,701 plus Super and annual leave loading, with a 35‑hour work week, work location – 1 Reserve Road, St Leonards.
