We are searching for our next Clinical Care Manager.

You will be :

• Coaching and leadership of the Clinical and Care teams responsible for direct delivery of care, including supervision as required for the appropriate delegation of resident care.
• Facility Manager and Regional Manager
• Clinical Governance teams
• People & Culture
• Risk & Compliance and Work, Health & Safety Key External Stakeholders
• Residents and their representatives
• Department of Health & Aged Care
• Aged Care Quality & Safety Commission
• Local health authorities, including Primary Health Networks
• General Practitioners and Allied Health provider

You will have :

You bring a proven track record in clinical management, underpinned by a strong commitment to quality care, staff development, and continuous improvement. Your leadership experience includes mentoring multidisciplinary teams, driving clinical excellence, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory frameworks, along with :
