They have strong relationships in the education, aviation and government sector and been delivering projects in these sectors for over 15 years. They are looking for a Design Manager that can work on multiple projects during the pre-construction and construction delivery phase.

They have strong relationships in the education, aviation and government sector and been delivering projects in these sectors for over 15 years. They are looking for a Design Manager that can work on multiple projects during the pre-construction and construction delivery phase.
Responsibilities :
- Manage the design process across multiple projects, ensuring adherence to budgets, schedules, and client expectations.
- Liaise with architects, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve design challenges effectively.
- Conduct design reviews to ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and client specifications.
- Coordinate value engineering and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Act as the main point of contact between the construction team and design consultants.
- Drive design innovations while maintaining the balance between functionality, aesthetics, and cost.
- Oversee design documentation and approvals, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
