2026 is set to be a huge year. Our store network is expanding, our customer experience is evolving, and we’re growing towards 700 stores. Behind the scenes, our Store Support Centre is laying the foundations for this transformation, and our People & Culture team is right at the centre of it.
We’re looking for a People and Culture Advisor who’s ready to support our leaders, guide our people, and help shape the employee experience for a business that’s changing fast. If you’re confident navigating employee relations, interpreting policy, and coaching others through change, this is your moment.
This role is based in our Kensington Store Support Centre.
What you’ll be doing
- Supporting leaders to manage employee relations matters end to end
- Coaching leaders through ER processes and drafting documentation that is fair, clear and consistent
- Acting as the first point of contact for employee queries and escalating when needed
- Interpreting our Enterprise Agreement, policies and processes
- Actioning weekly P&C reports and tracking progress on cyclical activity
- Preparing contracts and employment change letters
- Providing ad hoc support to the P&C Business Partnering team
What you’ll bring
Experience as a P&C Advisor or CoordinatorStrong knowledge of employment legislation, including the National Employment StandardsConfidence interpreting Enterprise Agreements, Modern Awards and internal policiesUnderstanding of ER processes with experience managing cases highly regardedExcel skills that help you stay organised and ahead of the curveWhat we can offer you :
