Data Quality Specialist

We’re looking for experienced Data Quality Specialistto join our team at our office in Archerfield, Brisbane to play a critical role in uplifting and maintaining the integrity of Hastings Deering’s data, ensuring it is trusted, well-governed, and delivers business value.This is a Permanent, Monday to Friday role.As a Data Quality Specialist at Hastings Deering, you will : - Assess and improve data quality through profiling, validation, and cleansing activities- Drive adoption of data quality practices and tools across the business- Continuously enhance data quality frameworks, tools, and system performanceA successful teammate will have experience in : - Proven experience in data quality, metadata, master data management, and governance- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills- Ability to work with complex datasets, query databases, and develop dashboards and solutions- Experience conducting business process mapping, data lifecycle analysis, and root cause investigations- ~7 years’ experience in data analysis and quality improvement within large or complex environments -
