About the Role :

As a Finance Officer, you'll be responsible for supporting a wide range of financial activities across accounts, payroll, banking, and reporting functions. You'll play a key role in maintaining compliance, supporting budgeting processes, and delivering accurate financial data to support informed decision-making across the organisation.

Responsibilities : Financial Operations

• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions and reconciliations
• Manage payroll functions, including processing, deductions, and reporting
• Undertake bank reconciliations and manage day-to-day banking requirements
• Support budget preparation, forecasting and financial tracking
• Prepare and maintain financial reports, statements, and ad-hoc reporting
• Maintain and reconcile the general ledger
• Perform regular reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy
