The Role : Property Manager
This is an exciting opportunity to further your career in residential property management. As a Property Manager, you'll be crucial to our agency's ongoing success, handling a variety of tasks and supporting our portfolio's growth. This position is perfect for a dynamic, detail-oriented, and organized individual with excellent multitasking abilities.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of day to day property management across small but growing portfolio
- Conduct ingoing, outgoing and routine inspections (or other inspections)
- Coordinate the preparation of leases e.g. advice, repair work, cleaning, etc.
- Administer contractual agreements and documents
- Arrange, liaise and delegate all ongoing maintenance with trades for repairs
- Follow up tenant arrears
- Periodically conduct rent reviews and lease renewals
- Proactively communicate to clients both internal & external
- Nurture existing relationships and maintain excellent customer focus
- Management of Tenants and Landlords’ Negotiations
- Manage Tenancy Tribunals on behalf of property owners where required
- Leasing vacant properties
- Advertising & management of vacant properties
- Handling all leasing / rental inquiries
- Leasing & Rental Recommendations to team & clientele
- Open Homes & Private Inspections
- Liaising with tenants for inspections
- Liaising with landlords regarding feedback reports on inspections
- Processing Applications & Reference checks
- Lease Signings
Ideal Candidate Requirements
Previous experience in property management is highly preferredPrevious experience in office admin or personal assistant role is advantageous but NOT essentialReliable, Humble and trustworthy in all mattersProfessional with immaculate self-presentationProactive, Solution Oriented and CollaborativeQuick learner and IndependentThink outside the box and the use of common senseProficient communicator with strong customer service skillsExcellent time & organisation management with strong attention to detailHighly Organised and not easily to forget thingsEffective MS Office SkillsWillingness to learn new skills and process systemsDriver's license and own vehicleWhat We Offer
