We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teachers to join our Newcastle team. This is a unique opportunity to work with a purpose-driven organisation and deliver inspiring early learning programs based on the Montessori philosophy.

What You’ll Bring

• A strong understanding of the Montessori philosophy or a willingness to learn
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A collaborative approach and the ability to work as part of a team
• Passion for early childhood education and child development
• Experience working with preschool-aged children
• A commitment to family engagement and positive relationships
• Leadership and mentoring qualities

Essential Criteria

• Degree in Early Childhood Education / Teaching (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
• Current Working With Children Check
• Current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
• Availability to work Monday to Friday
• Sound knowledge of the National Quality Framework, including the National Regulations, National Quality Standards (NQS), and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
