Role Description
We are seeking a skilled and motivated technology expert to join our team. In this role, you will provide hands-on technical support across a range of customer environments, with a strong focus on communication platforms and end-user support. You will also assist in managing cloud-based calling systems, video conferencing setups, and PBX infrastructure. Base salary : $75,000 - $80,000 per year (depending on experience).

Key Responsibilities
Deliver technical support to end users for hardware, operating systems, and application issues (onsite and remotely).Provide support and administration for Microsoft 365, Teams Calling, and PBX / VoIP platforms.Troubleshoot and escalate issues related to network connectivity, VPN access, and video conferencing systems.Assist with the configuration, maintenance, and monitoring of VC room equipment (including Microsoft Teams Rooms and third-party devices).Maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues within SLA targets.Document procedures, incidents, and resolutions within the ticketing system.Liaise with vendors and escalate complex issues as required.Skills & Attributes
Relevant Diploma in Information Technology or work experience in lieu of relevant qualifications.Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in ICT support roles, preferably within an MSP or similar IT services business.Hands-on experience supporting Microsoft 365, Windows environments, and VoIP / PBX technologies.Practical knowledge of VC solutions and hardware such as Microsoft Teams Rooms, Poly, Logitech, Cisco, etc.Experience using ITSM / ticketing systems and remote monitoring tools (RMM).Sound troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities in networking (basic routing, VPNs).Strong communication and customer service skills, with a proactive mindset.Seniority level
