Melba Support Services are actively recruiting for an Outcomes Lead to join our team in the Melba Workforce Hub. The position will be primarily based at Melba's Dandenong or Lilydale Offices but travel to other Melba locations may be required from time to time.
In this role, you will lead our Shift Replacement team in the day-to-day shift filling requirements for people supported by Melba.
- Key Responsibilities
- Effectively lead and manage the day to day support of the Shift Replacement team to ensure fast and efficient shift vacancy management
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of Melba's part time and casual staffing pools, their locations, availability, capabilities and when these pools need additional resourcing
- Develop work methods, policies & procedures that align with Melba's core values & strategies
- Role model positive work practices while following the most appropriate process, workflow, and business rule.
- Effectively liaise and build relationships with the casual workforce to ensure they remain engaged with Melba, feel respected and valued, and are ready to assist with shift vacancies as required
- Develop productive and collaborative internal relationships with HR Business Partners and local managers to understand local staffing needs
- About You
- Knowledge and experience in shift vacancy management
- Knowledge and experience in supervising and coordinating a small team
- Knowledge and experience in the implementation of policies and procedures
- Ability to analyse, recommend and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Understanding of and ability to use a variety of CRM's and Rostering Tools
- Strong logístical and time management skills
- Strong Relationship & stakeholder management skills
- Excellent computer skills including the use of the Microsoft Office Suite
