Job descriptionLocated near Perth Airport Temporary to permanent position Key responsibilities Perform general administrative duties Perform procurement including raising purchase orders, following up with suppliers regarding deliveries, negotiate prices from suppliers Liaise with the PSM organisation as required to ensure procurement is carried out in a timely manner Control received invoices against purchase orders and delivered goods Enter invoices in the accounting system Perform time sheet checks and adjustments Perform process control of performed preservation, maintenance and repair activities as required Raise work orders in the maintenance management system Perform other duties as required Experience Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role Previous experience in a similar role. Great attention to detail when performing the work Good communication skills internally and externally Good mathematical skills Good computer skills Good Word and Excel skills The ability to manage stress and high workload Willingness to travel and work on rosters for projects Valid driving license, Class
Located near Perth Aiport
