Your New Role

As a Clinical Nurse within the Logan Adult Acute Mental Health Inpatient Units, you will provide advanced clinical and leadership expertise to deliver safe, person‑centred, and recovery‑focused care. Working as part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team, you will :

• Deliver high‑quality mental health nursing care to patients with complex needs.
• Provide clinical leadership, mentoring and education to support your team.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and evidence‑based practice.
• Contribute to service innovation and uphold the highest professional standards.
