At the City of Armadale, we’re growing our People Services team and looking for an experienced Recruitment Advisor who wants to do meaningful work that genuinely shapes a community.

This isn’t agency recruitment it’s the real deal. You’ll partner directly with leaders across every part of our organisation : IT, Finance, Legal, Engineering, Waste, Customer Service, Recreation, and more. You’ll design roles, write creative ads, shortlist talent, interview, advise and onboard bringing great people into roles that make a difference to how our City runs every day.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own the full 360° recruitment process from job design and advertising to interviewing, selection and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand their teams and find the right people fast.
• Juggle multiple campaigns across corporate, technical and frontline roles (and love it).
• Deliver an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience, every time.
• Help us evolve our employer brand and talent pipeline as we grow into the future.
• Use your insight to shape smarter, more creative recruitment strategies.

What You’ll Bring

You’re an experienced recruiter (5+ years) who knows how to balance people, process, and pace. You can manage multiple campaigns at once, pivot between disciplines, and still deliver a seamless experience. You’re curious, collaborative, and not afraid to try new ideas.
