The Role

• Advise on leasing, sales, acquisitions and subdivisions
• Navigate property tax implications and complex title issues
• Manage adverse possession and boundary matters
• Work closely with conveyancers to ensure seamless client service

• 4–6 years PQE in property or commercial law
• Strong technical knowledge across conveyancing and leasing
